Noble and Company was founded in 1986 in Ft. Lauderdale by Richard Noble.
Richard worked for several advertising agencies as creative director before starting his own shop.
First up was to establish credibility by winning national awards and recognition with logo and poster designs. Check. This helped get the fledgling agency off the ground.
During the next years, Noble would work for companies and clients in varied industries and locations. This reinforced Richard's core belief that regardless of the business, you must speak to customers as people - not as faceless demographics or companies.
Buying decisions are made by these same people, and if you connect with them, you connect with their companies.
